Summer Candles and Cocktails

Ecume de Mer
Ingredients
 
White Chocolate
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz. Red Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Peach purée
 
Preparing the Champagne Glass:
 
Dip a champagne glass into a bowl with white melted chocolate. Let it cool and then put the glass in the freezer
 
Add the following ingredients into a shaker:
1 cup of ice
2 oz. of your favorite Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz. Red Grapefruit
1/2 oz. Peach Purée
 
Shake well and pour into the chilled dipped champagne glass.

Vent du Desert 
Ingredients
2 oz. Gin
½ oz. Maraschino Liqueur
½ oz. Chartreuse Green Liqueur
1 oz. Lime Juice
Maraschino Cherries
 
Add the following ingredients into a shaker:
Add a cup of ice
2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 oz. Chartreuse Green Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Shake well
 
Strain into a Martini glass
Garnish with one Maraschino Cherry

Coucher de Soleil
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Cognac
1 ½ oz. Rye Whiskey
Brown Sugar
Peychaud Bitters
Absinthe
 
Place a brown sugar cube in a low ball glass
Add a large cube of ice
Add four dashes of Peychaud bitters
Muddle
Add 1.5 oz. of Cognac
1.5 oz. of Rye Whisky
Stir the ingredients
 
Float Absinthe on top
Garnish with Orange Wedge
