HISTORY OF A SWISS HOUSE

Maison Mizensir

THE HISTORY OF MIZENSIR BEGAN IN 1999 WITH SCENTED CANDLES CRAFTED BY A GREAT "NOSE", ALBERTO MORILLAS, A PERFUMER BY TRADE AND RENOWNED IN FINE PERFUMERY.

This is the story of a self-taught man who joined the ranks of Firmenich in 1970 at Genève, without any diploma or training, and who a few years later signed his first great success with Must de Cartier. For more than forty-five years, Alberto has been creating the most exquisite fragrances for the major brands, some of which have become true icons. Some of these have become icons, such as Byzance by Rochas, CK One by Calvin Klein, Acqua Di Giò by Giorgio Armani, Flower by Kenzo by Kenzo and Belle d'Opium by Yves Saint Laurent. In 1999, Alberto Morillas embarked on his entrepreneurial adventure with the launch of Mizensir, dedicated to the creation of exceptional handmade candles. Today, with the addition of a line of eaux de parfum, the house stands out thanks to its unique and personal compositions, reflecting the passion and excellence of the Master Perfumer.
